I had my new rims and tires mounted and balanced here. I came here because of the good reviews and the Road Force balancing they do that not many shops do. I think it's worth the extra money to make sure there are no vibration issues in the wheel tire assembly, especially as I use them for many years. They always kept me up to date of the schedule, were flexible when my targeted completion date changed, as well as following up for any potential issues! I will definitely use them again for any automotive needs I have going forward!

Expert mechanics. Wanted to have my car checked for registration. I actually mixed up the dates and then couldn’t get there on time on the real date and there was no problem at all. If no one they were so kind and helpful and they did a great job. I didn’t have half of my papers, actually any of my papers and they took care of it all for me. I didn’t have to do a thing except drop it off and pick it up. I would definitely recommend Shums Auto mechanics to everybody and I know I’ll be going there for years. Check it out. If you haven’t very inexpensive for registration. Also my dad takes his car there and with one or two things wrong and again very inexpensive no problem in and out. Working on it quickly getting you in and out, but making sure that their work is done to perfection. Again, highly Recommend the shop.. Sharon Pietrafitta

I'm quite happy with my experience. I had an inspection and oil change done. I was happy to take advantage of the special discount for dropping off my car early for inspection. The waiting room was a very comfortable and clean space. I usually ask a lot of questions at the repair shop but the staff was professional, friendly, and patient. Much appreciated! I will be back for sure. Go Birds!

I’ve gotten my yearly inspection done here twice, as well as an oil change and random repair here or there and Shums always gives wonderful and professional service! They communicate well, call or text, whatever you prefer. When suggesting repairs it’s all done electronically, and they show on video exactly what they’re suggesting. It’s easy to approve or decline.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off near the end of the day without an appointment, and the staff still took the time to look at it the same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part the very next day, and had my car fixed by noon. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and customer care is hard to find. The entire crew at Shums Auto is wonderful! I had to have a tire replaced ASAP and Chris who took my call was very kind and helpful. They got me back on the road without a hitch. Since then, I've come to Shums multiple times for various repairs/inspection and have received impeccable service every time! They genuinely care about giving their customers a reason to come back. At no point did I ever feel like I was being upcharged or taken advantage of. I'd recommend Shums Auto to anyone in the area that needs a friendly auto center that emphasizes customer loyalty.

Brought my x3 for install of brand new rims. They hooked it up with new continentals for a good price installed. Felt comfortable with them handling expensive new rims! TPMS and alignment. Will come for more service down the line. Most importantly they do road force balancing which is the best!

Very nice shop! The front staff were polite, informative, and professionally dressed-something you don’t see often. They have a small waiting area that's clean and well-organized. It’s best to call ahead and make an appointment if you’d like your vehicle seen. I'll definitely be back again😊
